By accessing and using the services of LakeRush Adventures, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards and e-transfers. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Participants must be at least 12 years old for most tours. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific age requirements may vary by tour.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will cancel or postpone the tour. You will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.
Participants must be in reasonable physical condition. You must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or medications that may affect your ability to participate safely.
You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
You are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse. Standard wear and tear is expected and covered.
Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate and will forfeit their payment.
Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to: weather conditions, water hazards, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LakeRush Adventures, its owners, employees, and guides shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in our tours, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We maintain liability insurance as required by law. We strongly recommend that participants obtain personal travel and medical insurance.
We may take photographs and videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide.
LakeRush Adventures is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using waterproof bags for valuables and leaving unnecessary items at home.
We are committed to environmental conservation. Participants must respect nature, follow Leave No Trace principles, and comply with all park regulations.
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, or schedules due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.
If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. If we cannot resolve the matter, disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
